Objective

- Preparation of a new set of marketing kit, including brochure, proposal,
ppt presentation for all PM services, Chinese and English
- Regular meeting with other departments on join pitch, integrated services marketing
- Update of market information, analysis of market share, business opportunity
and to adjust marketing focus if necessary
- Assist to deliver the new business target every year
- Communicate and follow up with new business opportunity
- Prepare monthly BD report
- Go and no go guideline update
- Conduct training to 2nd tier cities business group head
- Win/loss analysis for new business enquiry

Requirement

- Solid Marketing experience is a must
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent English & Mandarin skill both in oral and written
- Energetic and self motivated with strong interpersonal skills with people
of different levels, backgrounds and personality
- Is able to set targets and manage time to achieve these targets
- Experienced in Property Management is preferred
