Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
- Plan, manage, and execute development and verification testing of controlled brake system applications on specific customer vehicle programs.
- Coordinate with customers & co-workers
- Review & comprehend performance specifications
- Meet project assignments on time
- Optimize brake control calibrations to meet vehicle performance targets.
- Manage and release calibrations.
- Actively engage in evaluating vehicle performance and in tuning vehicle performance to meet the customer's brand character image for the vehicle.
- Analyze, document, and present test results.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.
- Perform robustness testing.
- Design new test procedures and specifications
- Benchmark activity

Requirement:

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and abilities
- High level of analytical skills
- High level of enthusiasm for working with vehicles.
- Knowledgeable of Personal Computers with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (R)
- Possesses good organizational skills and abilities (R)

Preferred Requirement:
- General knowledge of vehicle operation and functionality
- Vehicle chassis and/or electrical systems experience
- Willingness to travel
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and verification techniques
- Ability to work independently
- Product engineering related experience
