POSITION PURPOSE:

To set up Cabot engineering design standard and to be optimise continuously To provide technical support for China and Cabot globally in all our business units

Responsibility:
Major Accountability and % of Total Job: 60 %
Engineering design in process discipline
Actions
- Familiar with production equipment in Cabot all business to set up Cabot equipment design standard to fit with all plant world- wide
- Good communication with plant operation, to understand what's their expectation, what's their needs.
- Work with design institute to provide Cabot standard design
- Optimised Cabot standard design
- Design document control and management

Technical support

- Communicate with plant operation in time, to understand their trouble
- Provide problem solving scenarios and support document

Requirements:

- University or above
- 1- 2 Years experience inmechanical discipline or related
- Familiar with equipment design standard, such as ASME, ANSI, GB
- Fluently in English
- Skilled to use Auto CAD
- Must have Critical thinking.
- Good communications and interpersonal relationship skills.
