Responsibilities

- To provide technical service (pre-and after sales ) to customers
- Creating added value for DSM Melamine and its customers,
- Develop and maintain good relationship at all levels in the customers'
organization
- Develop the technical information (brochures, customer guide book,
etc-Chinese version) when it is necessary.
- To set up relationship with end users, try to do some project
with them to make and update reports of the customers
and technical progress, new product development status in key accounts,
including at least yearly update of customer database
- Keep updated on relevant technical developments, to find and follow
up new projects in China for new business development.
- To define DMM Technical innovation project and implement the project,
- To be a focal point to coordinate DMM global innovation project
for China implementation.

Requirements

- University degree or above in Chemistry.
- Based in Shanghai and willing to travel extensively in China.
- Thorough understanding of the melamine (resin) chemistry,
its products and applications.
- Understand the downstream business, cost factors and process economics.
- Managerial and social knowledge and experience.
- Good communication and social skills in English
- Good Inter cultural management skills.
- Understand the technical sales.
- Approachable, creativity and willing to learn new technology.
- Good team work, communication, presentation and commercial skills.
- Result oriented.
