Basic Function: |

Responsible for
managing the overall operation of accounting
department |

Supervising a team
of 8 staff coordinating activities and
transactions among various departments and
entities |

Preparing all
mandatory and management reports |

Ensuring the
compliance of all government regulations and
policies |

Requirements: |
| - |
Compile and review
budgetary reports, financial statements and all
financial documents required by Headquarter &
China operations |
| - |
Supervise the
overall operation of the accounting department |
| - |
Direct, evaluate,
and measure the performance of the cost
accounting function and provide analysis and
recommendation for the manufacturing process |
| - |
Review and
participate in the development of major
accounting and accounting-related systems
specifications providing counsel, experience,
and coordination |
| - |
Provide
operational and financial information concerning
planning, management and control of the budget |
| - |
Regular review of
business process and assess proper control
measurements |
| - |
Prepare ad-hoc
reviews and reports as requested by various
end-users |
| - |
Direct all
transactions during the month-end and year-end
closing process |
| - |
Maintain good
contacts and relations with banks, auditors, tax
bureau and other finance related advisors |
| - |
Maintain good
relations with other departments |
| - |
Keep the senior
management of the company informed of project
status and all relevant information at all times |

Relationship and Contracts: |

Reports to the
plant general manager, dotted line report to
China Finance Department |

Frequent contact
with the finance department of China head office |
| - |
Regular contact
with the Headquarter Accounting Dept. |
| - |
Frequent contact
with banks, SAFE, MOFTEC, Tax Bureau and other
government agencies |

| Requirements: |
| - |
The ideal
candidate should possess a minimum Bachelor's
degree in Accounting or in Finance with a strong
emphasis in Accounting |
| - |
This person should
have worked at least 2-3 years in the
accounting/finance department of foreign
investment enterprises with a minimum 1-year
supervision experience |
| - |
Experience in a
manufacturing facility would certainly be a plus |
| - |
He/she should have
strong knowledge of PRC GAAP with solid
understanding of US GAAP |
| - |
The candidate
should also been well experienced with adequate
accounting software |
| - |
In addition,
he/she should acknowledge a satisfactory written
& spoken English level |
