Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performance Goals:
- Increase mindshare of employees & stakeholders
- Improve SSMC brand identity
.
2. Communications Plans:
- Create, manage, and execute communications plans to generate 
  both internal and external awareness of SSMC
- Work closely with Human Resources and Management Office 
  to create communications plans that effectively deliver 
  key messages to all stakeholders
- Liaise with Media, Government bodies & Germany Headquarters
- Lead a team to execute the communications plans
- Message Management
- Manage crisis and announcement to the public and employees
.
3. Employee Communications:
- Develop communications plans to enhance communications 
  with employees
- Apply a variety of communications mix to reach out to each 
  and every employee eg. Intranet, social events, etc
- Act as an internal spokesperson for all formal news and hosts 
  internal events
.
4. Media & Public Relations:
- Organize all VIP tours
- Manage press media to promote SSMC image favorably
- Manage public events to promote SSMC image favorably
.
5. Visual Identity:
- Set visual identity guidelines to govern SSMC image 
- Manage internal and external visuals ie. posters, billboards, signage
- Manage web structure, contents & design for both internet & intranet
- Manage production of professional presentations & all printed materials
.
6. Secondary Duties:
- Manage suppliers and quality of deliverables.
- Liaise with other communications professionals within Siemens
- Ability to influence and work with virtual team members
- Budget management
.

Requirements:

- Minimum with 6 to 8 years of working experience in Corporate/Marketing Communications in Multinational Corporations (MNCs)
- Must show stable employment and proven track records
- Must be familiar with integrated use of communication mix (ie. advertisement, PR, media, events, collaterals, and promotions) in order to reach the ultimate goal
- Demonstrate their good work by bringing samples to interview
- Possess a personality of "People Manager"
- Good command of MS-office
- Good understanding of graphic design and interactive tools
- Clear and precise. Ability to hold attention. Public Speaking Skills
- Fluent in English
- Minimum Bachelor degree in the area of Marketing or Marketing Communications
