Position: OC Consultants_Covey

Salary Range:

Report to: Office Manager and Regional Sales Leader

.

	-	Develop business in Right's organizational development products. Also, on secondary bases, develop business in Right's career transition products
	-	Business development through "Solution Selling": Partnering with prospective and assigned clients to understand their needs and deliver Right products according to these needs
	-	Representing Right Management to the client on all matters including proposals, presentation, billing, and quality assurance
	-	Collaborating with the company's product delivery Consultants and associate offices in the region
.

	-	All must have native fluency in English (Hong Kong OC consultant is preferred to have fluency in Cantonese; Korea OC consultant must have native fluency in Korean)
	-	At least 10 years experience. Proven track record in organizational development delivery. First priority given to candidates from competitors
	-	Extensive contacts with corporate decision makers in HR
	-	University degree required
	-	Team player, working closely with Right colleagues within the region
	-	Excellent communication, relationship, project management and presentation skills
	-	Highly ethical
