Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously align the strategy and orientation of xxx's Training Center to the changing needs of external customers in China and the training requirements of COM business in general
- Establish/Implement Training volume and budget plans together with the xxx internal COM customers of the xxx training center, drive for volume and scope
- Be an active/creative member in the Global TI Community
- Customize Training Course portfolio as provided/obtained from the Global Training Institute Munich for Chinese Market
- Manage/Operate xxx's Training Center under aspects of utilization and resource efficiency in line with xxx's Business Model and Global TI requirements
.

Requirements:

- University or above with engineering degrees
- Minimum 8 years education/training delivery and management experiences
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills, training methodology, training product development
- Good understanding on mobile communication market trend, competence and quality benchmarks
.
