Responsibilities: |

To set and maintain the net system including net planning, service station, working station and other equipment installing and setting, new net functions developing and network expand planning |

To set the mail system and manage Firewall and Router connection |
|

To maintain and update the AVAYA telephone system |
|
- |
To supervise and maintain the security system of company's database |
|
- |
To develop and maintain the Oracle ERP system and Company Web Site |
|
- |
To
manage the suppliers of hardware,
software and technical consultants |
|
- |
Be
responsible for the whole MIS
construction |
|
- |
To
manage, supervise and guide all IT
employees |
|
- |
Be
responsible for all purchasing in
MIS, such as PC, Net, software
system and etc. |

Requirements: |
|
- |
At least university and have the training on net management, database, management, financial software and ERP system |
|
- |
At least five working experiences in MIS and more than three years' management experiences |
|
- |
Good communication skills and strong team building spirits |
|
- |
IT equipments maintenance and management |
|
- |
Provide IT technical support, maintenance network equipments and PABX |
|
- |
Be familiar with PC and notebook hardware configuration, office software and etc. |
|
- |
Network structure maintenance and management |
|
- |
Network infrastructure optimize, analysis, development |
|
- |
Be familiar with windows 2000, switch, Router connection and configuration, strong ability of operation and configuration |
|
- |
Be familiar with Oracle ERP system |
