Requirements: |

Bachelor's degree, major in automation
technology, Electrical engineering |

Minimum 3 years working experience in SMT

knowledge of SPC, CPK and relevant statistic

Minimum 2 years working for X-RAY system |

5Dx
X-RAY system experience is preferred |
| - |
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
is essential |
