for leading Kleenex Sujay packaging
development to reach best cost and
value result. By joined effort with
purchasing to provide recommendation on
packaging request (size, materials, layout,
etc.) and application feasibility and assist
final execution, in the end to allow Kleenex
Sujay product presence meets its premium
positioning |

Responsible
for all market trend and competitors
analysis including raw materials, finishing
supply, production technology and cost,
which will be summarized into a
comprehensive data |

Liaison
with Regional and Global Family Care
Products Development teams in order to
be updated on the Regional and Global
development trends and any new initiatives |

Working
closely together with mill operations and
engineering teams to understand our
facilities as well to obtain the support
from the lines on the new product
developments. Also provide products and
process development support in the design
and development of new and existing process
and products |

Develop,
train, lead and retain Family Care Product
Development team to meet with the urgent
need of growing business demanding |

Carry
out position responsibilities on
implementation of company safety,
environment and employee occupational health
policies and programs |

Provide
effective support and advices to other
product development teams or manufacturing
sites as required |

Solid
experiences and comprehensive knowledge in
tissue businesses with proven records in
products development or manufacturing/
engineering related areas |

No
less than 5 years experiences in products
development or related areas, in which at
least 2 years in a managerial role.
Demonstrated leadership in project
management and in achieving results |

- |
Bachelor's
or advanced degree in engineering or
relevant scientific discipline or equivalent
experience and continuing self-development
programs |

- |
Relevant
Working experiences in multinationals will
be a plus |

- |
Good
command of English skills, at least with
workable level |
