Head of the APAC regional Devices production technologies
conversing SMT, flash programming,
depanelization, board & phone level testing, final assembly and configurations |

Effective management of Process Center providing prototyping services to R&D and PBM/PLM |

Leader of manufacturing processes development covering all technical issues in prototyping and ramp up |
| - |
Ensure a "perfect" ramp up for all SD products (mobile phones, cordles phones, modules, modems) to realize CPk and technical targets (pass rate, cycle times,etc) |

Active participation & contribution to Siemenes' standardized & flexible manufacturing
technology development, and roll out to other Siemenes location together with Germanay headquarter |

Competencies: |
| - |
Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering |
| - |
Must have sound knowledge and physical experiences in electronics
manufacturing engineering inclusive Siplace SMT,
CMU2000 or HP8960 tester, camera test, final assembly and configurations |

Self starter and profound executive motivation capability |
| - |
At least 5 years electronics manufacturing field working experience
(mobile phone manufacturing experience is definitely a plus) |

At least 3 years Department manager experience |
| - |
Excellent command of English in terms of speaking and writing. German language is an added advantage |

Fluent in Microsoft computer software |
