- Lead, drive and ensure all activities, services and products of GE C&I China to meet local regulatory and GE safety and health requirements
- Lead and ensure all investment, construction and other projects conduct safety and health risk assessment and meet national, regional and GE's requirements
- Lead and ensure all sites set up comprehensive safety and health management system and take proactive actions to reduce injuries, incidents, risks and cost
- Drive and ensure all sites complete annual safety and health compliance assessment, health and safety framework assessment for continuous improvement and sustainable development
- Provide safety and health consultation and service for all sites, warehouses, offices and other C&I China facilities
- Guide and ensure proper MOC, such as regulatory and internal risk assessment, control, registration and approval of new projects/material/process/equipment
- Lead and communicate national, regional and GE's safety and health requirements with all sites/facilities and employees to reduce risks, improve performance and implement requirements
- Drive injuries and accidents, NC and risks reporting, investigating and correcting properly to minimize risks and negative impacts
- Guide, supervise and lead all sites and facilities develop and implement proper emergency preparedness plans
- Conduct safety and health compliance audit to assess compliance risks regularly and follow up action plans
- Supervise, check and guide all sites to report and record important safety and health data, permits, reports and other important information

- Bachelor's degree or above, engineering major preferred
- At least 6 years related working experience
- Proficient English communication skills and PC application skills
- Strong leadership and inter-personal communication skills
- Results oriented or willing to learn and improve
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Be able to face pressure and challenges actively
