Provide professional legal advice to the management for business development in China, including one China holding company and more than ten legal enterprises (JV & WOFE) |

Deal with all related law cases and issues, such as company law policy regulation, foreign investment law, new project development, merge & acquisition, anti damping cases, finance and real estate law, etc. |

Closely co-operate with related legal colleagues who are specialized in the field
where the question comes up |

Maintain and develop good relationship with government bodies at central level, such as commercial bureau, MOFTEC |

Requirements: |

30 years old |

Bachelor
or preferably master degree of law major with
PRC lawyer qualification is plus |

At
least 5 years hands-on experience of lawyer in
multinational company or law firm, who had
actually performing in court |

Familiar
with China foreign law policy and regulation |

Strong network in the field of law with good relationship of government,
court and law bureau in Beijing and Shanghai |

Fluent English both in oral and written |
| - |
Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills |

Good PC skills and presentation skills |
| - |
Self-motivated, dedicated and be able to work independently |

Willing to travel frequently |
