Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the production team to meet the schedule on time and assure the good quality produced |

Control and improve the production cost by decreasing waste and improving Yield and quality |
| - |
Organize the related support people to solve the abnormal on line |
| - |
Communicate with the senior and junior actively and encourage the production team |
| - |
Review the performance of Line leader and operators |

|
Requirements: |
| - |
Good production management experience of leading at least 200 operators, and over 2 years of production management in electronic plant |
| - |
Academic background: over junior college, prior to good English speaking, reading and writing |
| - |
Skills: Prior to Engineering background and familiar to SPC knowledge and ISO9000 |
