Conduct regular audits on systems and to ensure conformance to specifications and act as site's representative for all external audits |

Manages Material Review Board (MRB), the Quality Audit Process and RMA process |

Provides weekly reports pertaining to quality performance results, corrective actions and prevention |

Interacts with customers to gain understanding of their quality requirements
and to receive feedback |

Implements quality plan, formal skill training programs for staffs to assure
consistency of visual inspections results and assists in the implementation
of a real time SPC system |

Requirements: |

Strong Quality Management background in high volume precision manufacturing: Plastic Molding strongly preferred |

Experience in ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS16949, ISO13488 |

Excellent computer skills (databases, spreadsheets, quality applications) |

SPC proficiency |

Calibration proficiency / gauge control |
