Optimize sales channel as necessary to maintain growth and profitability objectives of division. Recommend changes as required to meet objectives |

Identify new program and product opportunities, quantifying business potential, timing, and/or technical needs. Communicate opportunities to xxx, Marketing and Sales management |

Assure that adequate customer interface and support, at all levels, is maintained to insure
that is the preferred supplier to territory fabricators |

Provide technical assistance to fabricators to assure proper processing of xxx materials |

Provide sales support to facilitate ongoing sales through appropriate sales channels |

Provide forecasting information for territory by product line and account |

Manage/coordinate all territory trade shows within budget.
Submit annual plans and budgets for approval |

Participate in professional organizations within territory as they relate to our sales and marketing efforts |

Communicate to management all field information concerning markets, applications, competition, and customers |
| - |
Provide product, process, and technology education as necessary to both sales channels and broader customer base within territory |

Assure establishment of contacts with OEM Engineering groups at the design level in order to promote the use of xxx materials early in the development phase of new programs. The ultimate goal is to have xxx listed as an approved material supplier for all major programs in the territory |

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: |

Manages the Distributors and Manufacturers' Representatives within the territory. Directly supervises xxx's Technical Services Engineer for Asia. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. |

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems |

QUALIFICATIONS: |

Bachelors Degree from a four year-college or university and a minimum of 5 years experience
in the PCB industry, focusing on technical service and sales. Previous experience working
in a Board Shop and/or technical sales in the industry is preferred. Managerial experience working with Distributors/Reps preferred |
