Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct lead a 6-staff team and indirect lead another 4 people to cover 
all HR responsibilities in mainland (4 regions)
- Implement all HR policies and projects
- Participated in HR policy and program planning
- Support the Regional Managers to build the sales force
- Provide recruiting, C&B, training, employee relationship and other HR supports 
to the line managers
- Advice the line managers in different region for HR policies and HR agencies
- Collect and update HR policies in different region and provide related information 
to our client for reference
- Solve staffing problems for line managers in different regions
- Build, manage, training and motivate subordinators to achieve company target
- Participate in company culture building

Requirements:

- University Degree
- 30 - 35 years old, at least 6 years HR experience and 3 years management experience
- Multinational company experience
- Strong problem solving skills, independently hands on tuff HR cases
- Excellent communication skills
- Mature, with strategy to support others. A good team player
- Familiar with related state and local HR policies, has strong related sense
- Reliable and a hard worker, can travel depends on company needs
- Fluent in English
