Lead a team of over 80 staffs in Mainland China |

Requirements: |

Experience in dealing and negotiating with western companies in China
and be familiar with the Western and Chinese culture |

A self-motivated, team-leading, sales-oriented and positive thinking person, aged above 40 years is welcomed |

Strong Manager personality with proven restructuring experience within
the engineering and / or logistic (incl. Trading) industry.
Start-up experience is an advantage |

Management experience such as: restructuring, profit & loss, human resources, sales & marketing, networking, etc. |

Over 5 ¨C 8 years experience in leading sales and marketing functions.
Used to working under pressure while reaching annual sales target |

Proven experience in managing a service-oriented company with minimum 30 staff in China |
| - |
Used to directly report to the Asia headquarters (for example Singapore) |
| - |
Excellent oral & written communication skill both in English and Mandarin is a must |
