	-	Assistance with the operations management
	-	Translation from English to Chinese and vice-versa (written and spoken)
	-	Information collection and analysis
	-	Taking minutes for meetings on operations-related issues
.

	-	Must have a medical degree
	-	Management experience in a hospital, medical center, or clinics preferred
	-	Highly proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
	-	Professional appearance & demeanor, and excellent communication skills
	-	Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
